Born in New York City, I grew up in Louisville, KY and traveled the world, the beneficiary of the Civil Rights Movement, affirmative action, and numerous family and friends who pushed me forward.  I am committed to help like-minded businesses  become  more inclusive by creating a workplace environment that celebrates diversity while providing  opportunties for all!
